기상청 "당분간 일교차가 커 건강관리에 신경써야"

(서울=포커스뉴스) 목요일인 19일은 동해상에 위치한 고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑고 화창하겠다.
서울을 비롯한 일부 내륙지역의 낮 기온이 30도 내외까지 오르는 등 당분간 평년보다 높은 기온분포를 보일 전망이다.
전국 아침 최저기온은 9~17도, 낮 최고기온은 23~32도로 전날과 비슷할 것으로 예상된다.
서울·수도권 아침 최저기온은 10~16도, 낮 최고기온은 29~32도가 되겠다.
미세먼지 농도는 전국에서 대체로 '보통' 수준을 보이겠으나 일부 중서부 지역과 전라북도 지역은 대기 정체로 오전까지 농도가 다소 높겠으니 주의해야겠다.
오존 농도는 경기 남부지역에서 '매우나쁨' 수준을 보이겠고 그 밖의 수도권·강원영서·충청권·호남권·경북·경남 지역에서도 '나쁨' 수준을 보일 것으로 전망된다.
자외선 지수 역시 전국 대부분 지역에서 '약간 나쁨' 수준을 나타내겠으니 실외 활동을 자제하는 것이 좋겠다.
바다의 물결은 모든 해상에서 0.5~2.0m로 일겠다.
기상청은 "당분간 일교차가 매우 크겠으니 건강관리에 특별히 신경써야한다"고 당부했다.
