(서울=포커스뉴스) 28일 목요일은 저기압의 영향을 받다가 점차 벗어나 중국 중부지방에 위치한 고기압의 가장자리에 들어 전국이 대체로 흐리다 갤 전망이다.
강원도와 충청이남 지역은 비(강수확률 60~90%)가 오다가 오후에는 대부분 그치겠다.
다만 서울·수도권 지역은 밤부터 대기 불안정으로 산발적으로 빗방울이 떨어지는 곳도 있겠다.
아침 최저기온은 8도에서 13도로 오늘보다 낮겠고, 낮 최고기온은 13도에서 23도로 평년보다 높겠다.
서울·수도권 지역의 아침 최저기온은 7도에서 12도로 평년보다 낮겠고, 낮 최고기온은 19도에서 23도 등이 되겠다.
바다의 물결은 남해서부먼바다와 제주도전해상, 동해중부전해상에서 1.0~3.0m로 높게 일겠으며, 그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
기상청은 "새벽부터 아침 사이에 안개가 짙게 끼는 곳이 있으니 교통안전에 유의해야 한다"고 말했다.
