(서울=포커스뉴스) 목요일인 7일은 남부지방을 지나는 저기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 흐리고 새벽부터 비(강수확률 60~90%)가 내릴 전망이다.
제주도와 남해안을 중심으로 돌풍과 함께 천둥·번개를 동반하는 곳이 있을 것으로 예상된다.
곳곳에는 시간당 20㎜ 이상의 강한 비와 함께 많은 비가 내리겠으니 시설물 관리와 안전사고에 각별히 유의해야 한다.
낮부터는 비가 점차 그치겠고 맑을 것으로 예상된다.
그러나 일시적으로 찬공기가 북쪽에서 내려오면서 7일 낮부터 8일까지는 기온이 다소 낮아지겠다.
아침 최저기온은 7도에서 14도, 낮 최고기온은 14도에서 20도 등으로 예상된다.
서울·수도권 아침 최저기온은 9도에서 11도, 낮 최고기온은 17도에서 20도 등이 되겠다.
바다의 물결은 서해남부 먼바다와 남해 전해상, 제주도 전해상, 동해 먼바다 등에서 1.5~5.0m로 매우 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 해상에서는 0.5~2.5m로 일겠다.
전해상에는 안개가 짙게 끼는 곳이 있을 전망이다.
기상청 관계자는 "항해나 조업하는 선박은 각별히 유의해달라"고 당부했다.
