(서울=포커스뉴스) 화요일인 23일은 기압골의 영향에서 벗어나 중국 북부지방에서 확장하는 찬 대륙고기압의 영향을 점차 받아 전국이 흐린 후 오후부터 맑아지겠다.
다만 중부지방(강원도영동 제외)은 아침까지, 전라북도는 새벽 한때 등에 눈(강수확률 60~70%)이 오는 곳이 있겠다.
제주도는 새벽까지 비(제주도산간 눈, 강수확률 60%)가 오겠다.
동풍의 영향을 받는 강원도영동은 밤부터 눈(강수확률 60~70%)이 오는 곳이 있겠다.
낮부터 서해안과 남해안에는 바람이 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠고 동해안과 일부 내륙에도 약간 강하게 부는 곳이 있겠으니 시설물 관리에 신경써야 한다.
오전 최저기온은 -3~3도, 오후 최고기온은 4~11도 등이 되겠다.
바다의 물결은 제주도남쪽먼바다에서 2.0~4.0m로 매우 높게 일겠고 그 밖의 0.5~3.0m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 “22일 밤부터 23일 사이에 눈이 내리는 지역에서는 다소 쌓이는 곳이 있겠고 도로가 미끄러운 곳이 있겠으니 교통안전에 주의가 요구된다”고 당부했다.
