(서울=포커스뉴스) 월요일인 15일은 중국 북부지방에서 확장하는 찬 대륙고기압의 영향을 받아 전국이 대체로 맑겠지만 춥겠다.
아침 최저기온은 –12~-2도, 낮 최고기온은 –3~4도 등이 되겠다.
서쪽지방은 오후부터 구름이 많아지겠다.
제주도는 아침부터 눈이 오겠고 전남과 전북에서도 강수확률 60~80%로 오후부터 눈이 오는 곳이 있겠다.
바다의 물결은 남해앞바다를 제외한 전해상에서 2.0~5.0m로 매우 높게 일다가 서해와 남해상부터 점차 낮아지겠다.
남해앞바다는 0.5~3.0m로 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "14일 오후부터 시작된 '깜짝 추위'가 15일에도 이어진다"며 "건강관리에 유의해야 한다"고 당부했다.
또 "전남과 전북, 제주도에 눈이 쌓이는 곳이 있겠다"며 "기온이 낮아 내린 눈이 얼어 도로가 미끄러운 곳이 있겠으니 교통안전에 각별히 유의하기 바란다"고 말했다.
