(서울=포커스뉴스) 일요일인 14일은 저기압 영향을 받아 전국이 흐리고 대부분 지역에 강수확률 60~80%로 비가 내리겠다.
다만 비는 서쪽지방부터 그치기 시작해 낮에 대부분 그치겠다.
강원도영동과 경북동해안은 동풍의 영향으로 대체로 흐리고 오후까지 눈 또는 비(강수확률 60~90%)가 오겠다.
새벽부터 강원도영서와 충청북도에서는 비가 눈으로 바뀌어 내리는 곳이 있겠고 그 밖의 중부내륙에서도 오전까지 산발적으로 눈이 날리는 곳이 있겠다.
또 기온이 낮은 강원도영동과 경북북동산간에는 다소 많은 눈이 쌓이는 곳이 있겠다.
강원영동북부지역 예상 적설량은 3~10㎝ 등이다.
강원영동중남부, 경북북동산간, 울릉도·독도 등에는 1~5㎝ 등 눈이 쌓이겠다.
아침 최저기온은 -1~9도, 낮 최고기온은 1~10도 등이 되겠다.
바다의 물결은 대부분 해상에서 2.0~6.0m로 매우 높게 일겠지만 동해남부앞바다와 남해앞바다에서는 1.0~3.0m로 높게 일겠다.
기상청 관계자는 "비가 그친 뒤 북서쪽에서 찬 공기가 내려오면서 기온이 큰 폭으로 떨어지고 바람도 강하게 불면서 체감온도가 더욱 낮아져 춥겠다"며 "건강관리에 유의하기 바란다"고 전했다.
